About this event

Vancouver Opera and the City of Burnaby present a free evening of operatic excellence at Deer Lake Park. The event starts at 5 p.m. with pre-show activities for all ages, including roving performers and kids' zones. At 7:30 p.m., the Vancouver Opera Orchestra takes the stage for a main concert under the direction of Jacques Lacombe. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs for seating on the Festival Lawn. Admission is free.
